Ann Schwartz has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage and financial services industries. She started on the ground floor of the banking industry as a loan processor and underwriter. Ann moved on to manage a nationally recognized bank consumer lending business before becoming an Assistant Vice President of product development.

Ann has found that working with first time home buyers is particularly rewarding. Her mission is to carefully guide clients through the entire home loan process so they feel confident to make choices about the many options available for their financing strategy.
A home is one of the largest financial commitments that a person will make during their life, and many people view their home financing as meaning just another monthly payment. Ann can help her clients realize that their home is truly a valuable financial tool, and will help them achieve the dreams and plans they envision for their future.

She also works with a network of business associates including real estate professionals, financial planners and attorneys. Ann lives in Sharon with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering with various local groups. She has her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Babson College.

Andrew van Dyk began his mortgage lending experience in 2004. He is a regular guest on WATD 95.9FM. He focuses on first time homebuyers and specializes in purchase loan transactions. His credo is “Customer for Life” and he truly strives to make sure that he serves his clients in such a way that they truly do become customers for life. With a vast array of programs and professional service, he works hard to make sure that his clients are put in the absolute best loan program, with the absolute lowest rates. He consistently under promises and over delivers, ensuring a smooth and seamless transaction every time.
Another area of expertise is refinance transactions. The “no points, no closing cost” programs, together with his “rate alert” system, ensure that he delivers to his clients the best of the best in order for them to succeed in their own financial and personal lives.

Andrew lives in Hanover with his wife and new baby boy. He loves spending time with his family and playing golf when the weather is good. He is originally from South Africa and has been living in the US for 7 years and is proud of becoming an American Citizen. He is proudest of the fact that he provides people with the American Dream of home ownership.
